Jaclae Music started as a passion project by our CEO Joshua Clarke-a music enthusiast and producer who wanted to bring to life what was tossing around in his head.

Our Founder
Joshua Clarke
Joshua Clarke is a seasoned musician and producer with over 30 years of experience in the music industry. Known for his versatile talent and innovative approach, Joshua has worked across various genres, bringing a unique blend of musicality and technical prowess to every project.
From an early age, Josh displayed a natural affinity to music, mastering the keyboards and trumpet through dedicated practice. This deep rooted passion for music eventually led to a successful career as a producer where he has played for and provided projects for the Heptones, Freddie McGregor, Jah Cure, Sizzla and Lady Saw.
In addition to producing, Josh continues to perform live, captivating his audiences with his dynamic performances and infectious energy.

Jerry Cornejo (Nino Brown)
Nino has been in the music industry for over 15 years in Los Angeles, California. He started as an intern at 102.7 KISS FM and worked my way to KNAC 105.5 FM Pure Rock as a radio personality. Later, he joined 102.3 KJLH FM Radio Free (Stevie Wonder's radio station) as a radio host, programming and music director. He eventually ended up at 93.5 KDAY FM Hip Hop Back in the Day, where he served as Steve Harvey’s radio syndication producer. During his career in radio, he also worked in promotions at Death Row Records in Los Angeles.
His experience at Radio & Records taught him a great deal about the music business, including roles such as program director, music director, production, and music research. Nino understands just what it takes to get music into rotation. He has worked with many artists across genres including Hip Hop, Jazz, R&B, Reggae, and Latin. Breaking records has been one of his biggest achievements, having introduced music from artists such as Dru Hill, Maxwell, Les Nubians, Coco Brown, Joe, Next, 112, New Edition, Kirk Franklin, Jaheim, and many others.
